Upload multiple images vai FTP

Hi all,

I have an issue I want to upload multiple images for a product.

I check this link:
https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=58

But, I am not able to use the program FileZilla.. I download it, when loaded it 'Communication failed'..

Can anybody give me a help with the FileZilla stuff. I never use FTP program

Thanks

Liizz
