Big $$$ being pulled in for USPS and UPS

We have accounts set up with both UPS and USPS. For instance, an item that weighs less than 0.7 oz this is the shipping rates:

Check your Tare Rates in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and most likely you need to set both of the Tare Rates to 0:0 ...

Update: That fixed USPS but not UPS. I have USPS sent to COM (commercial delivery as they go to retail businesses):

It did fix both, thank you! I went on to UPS and did a "check time and cost," and jeez, their rates did go up!

I just checked as well and am stunned at how high the rates are! I thought I had my settings wrong.
