HTML Area works/doesn't work

Hello,

In my ZC administration, the htmlarea works and then it doesn't work. I double checked my settings, and I have htmlarea setup as default, but it doesn't always show up. How do I fix this?

I've noticed that it works for some products descriptions all the time, and not at all for others...
