how do i change Page names

Hi everyone,

i wonder if any one can help, i would like to change all the pages that show up in the search bar from this

http://brideandco.co.uk/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&inc_subcat=1&keywords=%20&categories_id=1&azrefine=1

to https://www.brideandco.co.uk/wedding dresses.

Is there a way this can be done? any help would be gratefully received

thanks
