Need to Offer Quantity Discount Depending on Total Cart Quantity

Hi - I need to offer a quantity discount that is based on the total quantity of items in the customer's cart, not by quantity of each product. It's not dependent on who the customer is either.

So if the customer has 75 pieces of widget A and then 25 pieces of widget B, then customer should get 10% off their total cart.

If they have 50 of widget A and 100 of widget B, then they would get another discount level. Basically, I want to reward them for buying larger total amounts of mixed products. Hope this makes sense.

Is there a function in Zen Cart that will do it or a mod out there that anyone knows of?

I thank anyone for their assistance.
