FedEx not calculating Residential Surcharge
I have ZenCart 1.3.9f and Fedex Mod 1.4.5.2. I installed the FedEx mod, and put a "1" in the box asking about Residential Delivery. It still seems to be calculating the cost as if there was no surcharge.
