Trouble finding area where I change images

I've been trying to change the zencart header_bg.jpg image to my own, but the change isn't taking place. I even gave up on creating a copy of my default template and naming it CUSTOM like the manual is telling me to do. I got fed up and went directly to the classic template folder and changed the image in there. I've completely deleted their old image, I've renamed my image header_bg.jpg, I've renamed it back to my old image name, I've put it in the css stylesheet file, I've uploaded the image to the image folder, I've done everything I know to do and it still shows the original zencart image. My questions are:

1. Do I have to change the header image somewhere besides the css stylesheet?
2. Do I have to upload my new image to some place besides the images folder in the templates/classic/images directory? (I've given up on trying to make custom template folder copies)
3. Does anybody think this could be a hosting services problem instead of a zen cart problem?

If you deleted the original then it cant be there:smile:
most likely your browsers cache is store the image.
trust me you'll regret not using the override system later

Emptying your browser cache will probably do the job
