UPS XML - Weight not transferring to WorldShip

Hi - I am currently using this contribution. However, the weight is not transferring over to Worldship, which then creates more work for the shipping department. Anyone else have this issue or have any advice about why the weight is not transferring to Worldship? I haven't done anything to the mod except what was instructed in the installation directions.

Has anyone else encountered this?
I have UPS XML running on my ZC store and everything works perfectly, except for this one (quite large) issue.

It will not pull shipping rates from UPS for internation (outside North America) addresses. It simply comes up blank.

I've gone to UPS' website and looked everywhere for a solution, no luck. Has anyone else encountered this? And if so, is there a solution for this?

Can I ask you what happens when someone international to you places an order? Does UPSXML pull the shipping cost, or does it not come up with any response (as in no shipping options available)?

I am personally having issues with international orders using UPSXML (I have a thread started on this topic in this forum subsection as well), where it just won't provide any shipping cost estimates or options. Perhaps it's for the same reason, or maybe not?

Does anyone have any information on this? My original post got merged with this post, which may or may not be the same problem. I do not want to start a new thread, so I'm reposting here. If anyone has encountered this problem and has or knows of a solution, I'd really apprecaite any help I can get, I'm kinda stuck here. :(
