site moved..need navigation help?

I had web space that expired on APLUS.nets server. I started new hosting with them and purchased a new domain as well. My old site was working fine before they closed my account, but they moved all the files from my old account to the new server and domain. When I type in the new domain (cctvclinic.com) I get a blank page. My friend set the site up for me a few years ago using ZC (I understand HTML, but never got into PHP at all). I was told that my files need to be in the /Public directory, which they seem to be. Other than that, none of my index.php files seem to have my homepage on them (but then again, I'm not sure thats how it works with PHP)? I did basic maintenance after the initial setup (adding product and such), but right now I don't even know where to begin?

you will need to download your configure files in admin and in includes and correct the paths and the dtabase info to correspond to your new domain etc

I get your "Down for Maintenance" page and a Virus Threat Detected. If you need help, you might consider hiring a professional to help you through this.
