What files do I need to update with new version?

Our current version is 1.39b and we want to update with the new 1.39h version.

Do we need to update all of the files? Which files do we update?

Where do we place the files that need to be updated?

When you unzip the Zen Cart files, you will see a /docs/ directory or folder in the base along with /includes/ etc.
