USPS overwrites to express at checkout

USPS overwrites to express at checkout

Please help me with a code fix: when the customer chooses any USPS option- it automatically defaults to Express. Customers are being overcharged for freight so I had to remove this module on my other websites. Please Help!

Please ensure that you have the current USPS January 2 2011 C from post #26 and follow each of the steps to upgrade the file:
