Change Confirm Terms to Confirm Returns Policy on Checkout

Hi there,

I currently have my store set to display and require an acceptance of Terms of Use upon checkout.

But I would like that functionality to point to my Refund & Return Policy instead. (this policy uses define_shippinginfo.php)

How would I go about accomplishing this?

We solve that by including Returns/Shipping at the top of our Conditions page (in addition to our Shipping page). I want customers to confirm all policies, not just returns. But I suppose someone will show the coding necessary to make your change to the other page.

I currently have the same set up...at the top of my conditions page, there's text stating that the terms and conditions also include the following policies, and then the policies are listed as links to those policies. These are then followed by the conditions policy text. In this way, they are confirming all policies, just as you say.

I guess I was just worried that all together like that, it's all so obnoxiously long and far too annoying for anyone to read.

Ultimately I'll probably end up leaving it as is so as not to have to bother with it.

I know what you mean about alot to read. But I have more than just the Returns I want them to confirm. Whether they (or anyone, including myself) actually reads the fine print I can't say, but I suppose legally it works.
