How to display EZ-Pages Sidebox on left/right column PER CHAPTER ONLY?

I have my EZ-Pages setup with TOC. I have about 7 chapters and each has about 5-10 sub-pages. I would like to display all Chapter subject at header and display the sub-pages at the left column (NOT in the center product page). I noticed that the EZ-Page sidebox will display everything from every chapter if "display at sidebox" option is selected and that will make the webpage very very long.

Is it possible to display the sub-pages at the left column only when that particular chapter's subject/Header is clicked/highlighted while hiding the other chapters?

Zen Cart Version: 1.3.9
The only module installed for now is "Ezpages_improved_menus"

Thank you for sharing! :) I have tried it but this is not what I was asking for. The concept is similar though! This contribution place the EZ-Page chapter header with its TOC at the center column where the product page/picture is located. However I need it to locate at the left column just right above the category sidebox. Is that possible?

You didn't actually try the mod, did you? It is a SIDEbox, and replaces the standard TOC that appears in the center column.

There is actually nothing currently available that does exactly what you show. The TOC sidebox does not have the capacity to put subheadings in the list, and ez-pages cannot be organized, except by sort order, into subchapters. One level of chapters is the limit.

The Ezpages Improved Menus mod can do the subheadings, but is not set up to display just the current chapter.
It should be possible to combine the functions to get the kind of sidebox you want, if you are decent with PHP.

Thank you for your explanations. Yes I tried the Ezpages Improved Menus mod and with sidebox turned on. It worked fine but I was just trying to figure out if it's possible to display just the current chapter and its 2nd level sub-pages. Hopefully there will be an add-on contribution like this in the future because I am still new to PHP. Still thank you very much for your direction. :smile:

There is no such thing in Zen Cart as second level or subchapter ez-pages. They can be organized into a chapter, and by sort order within the chapter, but that is all. Did you mean by "second level" the pages that are not set to display in a menu but only in chapter TOC's?
