Trying to duplicate an error

I have a customer that claims he is getting a blank page on the shipping page. He says it does the same regardless of which browser he uses. I have tried to reproduce this, but so far everything is working fine on my end. I have been receiving orders as normal, but would like to know if I am missing out on potential sales. I have tried using both IE8 and FF3.6. If anyone cares to check it out my website is http://www.proskit.com.

Thanks!

Re: Trying to duplicate an error

Worked fine for me as well using the account you provided. I even went through the change shipping address path with no trouble. Used Firefox

Re: Trying to duplicate an error

Thank you for looking. This one has me scratchin my head a bit. The customer SOUNDS like he knows what he is talking about. He has told me he has tried on FF, IE, Opera, and Chrome and gets the same results even on different computers that are on different networks.
