error 500 with Backup_MySite v1.f addon

error 500 with Backup_MySite v1.f addon

Im using Backup_MySite v1.f and since a few days ago i click Tools - Site Backup - Backup and i now get an Error 500 - Page cannot be displayed

The logs from my /cache directory state

PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 48496640) (tried to allocate 37766512 bytes) in /home/

Is this something i can fix inside Zencart somewhere, or do i need to contact my host to fix memory allocations in SQL?

Hi,
well 6 months on im still unable to backup my site.
I continue to receive Error 500 when i select "Backup my site" and in the /cache directory logs files are telling me

PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 4194304) (tried to allocate 83034112 bytes) in /home/***/backup_mysite.php on line 92

Any ideas please ??
