Terms and Conditions

Hi all,

I'm trying to locate terms and conditions file on my site. It appears to be missing and no link on the checkout page.

Any help would be appreciated.

My error as I was looking for terms and conditions Not conditions of use.

One other question if you don't mind is how do I change the color of the text for the word here in the checkout page?
