server_info - Displays Blank Page

I'm trying to perform an upgrade of my zencart installation. The ver sion that is on there now was installed by a different admin. I'm trying to find the ver sion number of the installation that is currently installed. When clicking on "Ver sion" on the admin, I am getting a blank screen. My logs say that is is because there is not enough memory to perform the scripts on the page. When I asked the hosting company, they said it was because there was an error in the file:

It seems that the issue is caused because a function which is required for vers ion page to load cannot write correctly into the database of the shopping cart:

Anyone have any ideas what is causing this?

Is there another way to determine the ver sion number?

You can find the current versi on number in the /includes/ve rsion.php file
