Sub Categorys

We are using the most current version of zen cart and cant get a sub category created,we follow the tutorial and that process doesnt work,we had some already created with an oss template that were brought into the zen cart template but want to create more.If you go on our site click on Tributes to see the sub categorys we have.

If you have products at that level you can not create sub cats

Sorry had link misspelled,try it now,They are already the way I want them in Tributes,I just want to create some in other categorys,Thanks

What categories are you trying to create subcategories in ? As kobra said, if the category already has products in it, you can't create a subcategory there.

Alderwood Frames,I want 4 to 6 sub categorys when you click on that catagory,click on Tributes and you can see sub categorys that were created there,just dont know how to do it,Thanks

Alder Frames already has 14 products in it. You'll have to remove those to add subcategories. One way to do that is to create a temporary category, move those products to it, then create your subcategories and move the products back into them.

A light just went off,I get it now,what a dunce!!! I can laser engrave photos on any material,can do anything in corel draw,can hand draw and vectorize images in minutes BUT CANT FIGURE OUT THIS WEBSITE STUFF!! GO FIGURE!!!
