QTY Box is missing in the ADD TO CART Button

I do not know what I have done wrong. I am setting this site up and adding my first product but the QTY Box is missing from the Add Item to Cart. Please tell me where I should go to add the QTY Box.

Edit the Product itself ... do you have it marked to show the Quantity box?
