Add To Cart Not Working On My Template

Hello All,

When I click add to cart on any of my products nothing at all happens.

The template I am using is a variation of the classic green template which I styled myself.

When I switch to the classic green template I can add to cart no problem.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to start looking for my problem?

I would start by removing the Facebook script.... that's the likely culprit. Try placing it elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I have removed the Facebook iframe from tpl_product_info_display but unfortunately no luck. Still cannot add to cart.

I am running version v1.3.9h, I have installed the following addons;

column_layout_grid_v_1_3_8
cross_sell_1.3.0.it.es.en
Google Analytics 123
zen_lightbox-v1.5-20081218
facebook_like_1.3.9cdef

I'm far from an expert but I'm thinking it may be the Cross Sell Addon that is doing the damage.

The addon does not come with an uninstall.sql, is it just a matter of deleting all the files I uploaded to remove this addon?

I did not do a backup prior to installing the cross sell addon yesterday. :frusty:

Any help would be great.

I got it to work again. I have no idea what caused the problem to be honest.

I deleted my tpl_product_info_display.php and I took the tpl_product_info_display.php from template_default and structured the page as I wanted it again.
