Has anyone thought about moving the add to cart button up the page?

I sometimes have a lot of text on my product details page and the "add to cart" button is not always that easy to find. Is it possible to re-position it?

you can re-arrange the layout on your product info page in this file:
/includes/templates/CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php
