Several Issues all at once - Please Help!

Please help me. The last change I made to my site was last Thursday and everything was working after that. I received several order on Saturday and Sunday. None since. I am using 1.3.9g.

1st issue:
When sent to paypal for payment my customers are getting the following messeage.

Sorry — your last action could not be completed

Second Issues:
No matter what page I visit the url remains the homepage url.
This occurs in both IE and Firefox when i click on the Home page link in the top left corner.

3rd Issue:
I can't duplicate this but when using Firefox I get a Cookie Privacy and Security message. It happened several times but is not longer happening and I didnt change anything.

4th Issue:
I also can't duplicate this but in IE i would get the security warning whenever i refresh. It would happen all the time just some times. If i click open the web page up with only items that were sent securely my site s the same and nothing is missing.

Please help!

All of your problems may well be caused by the fact that your site is inside a frame. A poor practice and offers no advantage. If your host requires that your store be in a frame in order to use their chat software, you need a new host, or need to forget the live chat thing.

Try removing the frame and see how things work.

Your site is in a frame and frames are not to be used for a ZenCart as they break many functions as your are experiencing

When you say frame do you mean template? I bought the template for my website from https://www.templatemonster.com.

I have disabled the dialogue (chat) feature on my website and hope that will fix everything.

No, your whole site WAS in a frame - -it is not now

The frame was apparently a requirement of the chat thing. There are other Live Chat options if you need that feature.
