Shipping charges to change when a certain weight is reached

Hello all. My website contains two shipping zones UK Mainland & UK Other (Highlands, Jersey, etc).

I have the postage configured by weight and have the UK Mainland' shipping working as I want it. However, I would like it so that when a certain weight is reached by a UK Other, they are no longer offered postage through the site and are shown the 'not delivering to your part...' message.

Ah. After a little edit of zonetable.php (the insertion and deletion of the code from the other post) I have managed to engineer a scenario of all zones, all rates being unavailable. So I have uninstalled Zones Table Rate, reinstalled and reconfigured to the old postage rates. Still no delivery available.

Any ideas on what I have irrepairably damaged?

OK. So I'm back to where I was previously, every UK customer has postage available to them. (What a way to spend a Sunday morn.) I shall re attempt the modifications to zonetable.php and report back to the doubtlessly excited masses.

Magic. Cheers for the link School. I must have comprimised the code at some juncture for the system works perfectly now.

I was wondering if you knew of a way to only apply the 'postage switch' to one particular zone?
