Email from my site recieved in SPAM folder

Sorry if this has been addressed already, but i searched and didnt find it.

All the emails from my zenstore that i send out are always received in my customers SPAM folder. A lot of people never get the email because they dont look in the spam folder.

how can i fix this without having every person whitelist me? This is a bigger problem than it sounds, as coupons, confirmations and tell a friend are hardly ever received.

Under Admin->Configuration->Email Options, change your Email Transport method to SMTPAUTH and set up your username/password/server details at the bottom of the list.
