How do I add new administrators?
I've looked everywhere, including the wiki, for instructions on how to add a new administrator, and can't see a link or anything anywhere. I've seen references to database patches, but that doesn't seem right. Please tell me how I can just add someone's details on and make them an admin. Thanks.
