ALL Specials Below Sub Category Listing

I was trying to set ZC to show all specials below the sub-category listings like it does for the main page or the product listings. Any way to do it? I may have missed it some how but is there any way to stop it from sorting only the specials that belong to the category?

Yes that setting actually sorts the specials so they ONLY include the top level category. I was looking for all the specials to show even if they were not in that category.

Anyone have any ideas with this one? Need ALL specials to populate below categories and subcategories some how.
