Company Logo

I would like to change my company logo. I am paying for a hosting and maintance service but they are so slow in updating so I want to do this myself.

I do know some about hosting and web design so I know I can do it. I just don't know where. It doesn't look like I have enough privelages to do this. But if someone could tell me where to do this, I would appreciate it.

Also is there a way to change the global price of items on my web site? I don't like the markup they gave me.

The answer for the price question depends on what you want to do to your prices e.g. whether you want to move them all up by the same percentage, or the same dollar value, etc.

Is that the same dollar markup for all prices? And do all you products currently have the same dollar markup over cost?

yes, the same dollar markup for all products and no, not all products currently have the same dollar markup.

Since Zen Cart doesn't know your cost price, and you have variable markups so it can't be inferred from your prices, your options are:

1. change them individually in Zen Cart
2. change them externally in a spreadsheet say, and upload the revised figures in bulk using Easy Populate (available from the downloads area).
