In the html code for that page, the form tag is pointing to http://kinkezz .com while your website is at www.kinkezz .com, so any cookies for the cart will get confused.
here's the code from your site...
<form name="cart_quantity" action="http://kinkezz.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=18_227_229&products_id=2753&action=add_product" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">You'll need to change your store address to include the www. to make the cart work. This is probably in configure.php as I can't find any setting for it in admin.
