Products url error - web page not loading

Using v1.3.9h with ssl.

In admin when adding url to a product (without the http://) all looks fine and after clicking preview where it shows the listing with the wording "For more information, please visit this products webpage." Clicking on the link here works fine and you are taken to the web page. But on the online shop on clicking this you get the error Server Not Found.

Any suggestions ???

Using two different Browsers, I was able to add Products(s) and go to the checkout / login page. No problems here.

Where I do see a problem is that you've setup your configure.php file to use an 'https' connection for every page. Not good. Just use a regular connection as Zen Cart knows when to use 'https'.

Have you really entered the destination URL the same as you posted it above? or is it showing with %2f instead of the / char in your admin?

Why should it go to the click.html page and at what point? Adding the product to the Shopping Cart is not a problem so not sure what the problem is?

The ........Click.html is the webpage on our site ( not online ) that shows more product details. It is outside of the online shopping

Sorry that is probably not making too much sense !! The page lies in the main content of our web site and the zencart shop is within this.

I've entered https://www.bugzmind.com/2011/02/16/ulasan-buku-hidangan-si-cilik-oleh-mamafiza/ for products URL. In the preview page, there's no problem, I could view the link page.

However in my real webstore page http://bugzmind.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7&products_id=24

the link does not appear. In fact, there's nothing to indicate that there's a products URL anywhere in the page. Kindly help, is it because of the template? Thanking you in advanced.

If you look at the settings for the Product Types in the Catalog ... Product Types ... EDIT LAYOUT ...

Show Product URL
Display URL on Product Info 0= off 1= on
