Customer error "COWOA_customer" when trying to set up an account!! Help!!

I am using version v1.3.9h

I have tried using several checkout addons that have failed. i dont know if one that I installed screwed up the basic checkout.

My customers are getting the following error message when trying to create an account ---"1054 Unknown column 'COWOA_account' in 'where clause'
in:
[select count(*) as total from customers where customers_email_address = 'phonyboi##################' and COWOA_account != 1]"

HELP!

It sounds like you installed COWOA and then incompletely uninstalled it, deleting the database changes but not some file(s).
There is probably an admin file that had to be replaced for COWOA, and you have not re-replaced it with an original version. Check file revision dates for newer ones than the usual.

Actually it sounds like they did not run the install sql patch which adds the column as the original message was customers are getting the message after installing the COWOA

if you still have it installed simply run the cowoa patch file included with the package.
