/images/icons/indicator.gif - Why are visitors looking at that?

I've recently been hacked. Everything is ok now though but I'm seeing a lot of visitors looking at /images/icons/indicator.gif .

What does this mean?

First off in a stock install there is no folder /images/icons/
And therefore no file /images/icons/indicator.gif

If you were hacked, and this is something not deliberately added by you - - then you did not clean up from your hack completely

Re: /images/icons/indicator.gif - Why are visitors looking at that?

I've added so many 3rd party add-ons that I dont know what I am supposed to have and not have.

How do you distinguish what you should have or not have?

I have that folder in my ftp but it has 4 files that are images of credit cards. I dont have a indicator.gif file in that folder.

If you don't know, how are we supposed to assist??

Suggest that you review what you have added and make a list
Look at the files and locations that any module adds/alters
