Is it possible to post a disclaimer on a certain page?

I have a question and couldnt find anything in a search or google.
I am curious if it is possible to add a disclaimer on just one of the category pages. If that isn't possible, does anyone know of a mod or work around?

Well, the easiest way of course is just to put the disclaimer into the description for that particular category.

I have to agree it will also save you confusion later with someone saying they did not see it and then running around posting bad things about your company.

Also depending on the nature of the issue you may want to use the Terms and Conditions feature of the Zen Cart checkout. See admin->configuration->regulations.
