EZ Pages Causing Site to not validate?

Hi - I am running the w3 validator on my site and it's coming up with 14 or 15 errors.

I'm having trouble fixing this one:

Can anyone help me? It looks as though the ul tag is missing from the beginning and end of the list, but I'm not sure how to get it added in. I've been trying to locate the file where it can be added but not having much luck. The validator says the error begins occurring in about line 163.

I'd really appreciate any help that can be given.

Hi - I figured this out. It was a problem with the CSS drop menu and the EZ pages inclusion in there. I'm not sure the file came that way with the mod, but one way or another, the UL tags were missing. So that eliminated some of my errors. Now, 8 more to go. lol. Thanks! :)
