I need some help with how to Backup my ZenCart.

I am using version 1.3.8 and I wish to upgrade to a more recent version. But I do not know how to Backup the Cart.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give.

I also will need help in how to upgrade and install the new cart after I am done with backup

The complete Cart consistes of two elements

All the files and a proper database backup

Files can be FTP'd to your local hardrive with a good FTP Client

Most hosts provide phpmyadmin for DB management
