Moving Store to a New Domain

I just bought a new domain: onlinerummage.net

I want to move my ZenCart store from my old domain, onlinerummage.biz

I found this tutorial and followed the instructions accordingly:

When I reach step 5c, I get error message 1044: "User denied access to database information_schema".

How do I correct this problem?

Or is there a simpler way to move my store to the new domain?

On the new host, did you create a DB first?

Yes, a custom database was created, then I installed ZenCart on the new site.

On you old install dd you create a proper DB Backup?

So, are you saying the empty Zen Cart store on the new site worked okay when you tested it? Or did you even look at it? (I ask, because believe it or not some people don't.)

How do I correct this problem?That's telling you that in step 5a you didn't do what it told you to do. You're supposed to choose the database that you said was created, using the only way there is to "select" it: by clicking on it in the pulldown list.

If you select the "information_schema" database, then you're absolutely going to encounter all manner of security errors, because that's a system-database, not intended for your store to muck about with.
