Urgent: Where did the action bar go ( shipping module)

Hello,

I was trying to install AJEH's new USPS fix to retrive rates for international customers.

Suddenly, the ACTION bar on the right where we can remove and install various shipping modules disappeared.

How can i get it back?

Where/what path did you install the file to?

I was trying to install Big Royal Mail
the ActionN bar on the right where we can remove and install various shipping modules has disappeared.

How can I get it back?

did you look in your cache directory for error logs?
