Sending Customer Confirmation Email After Purchase

Is there a way to send a customized email from the Zen Cart store to the customer after they have purchased a product?

I want to send my customers an email confirming they purchased along with their proper shipping address information.

Zen Cart automatically emails them a confirmation email containing the details of what they ordered as well as the addresses they specified for shipping and billing.

Perfect.. but is there a way to customize the contents of that email? I would like to create a more customized greeting.

The HTML emails are edited in the files in the /email folder. The plain text emails can be edited in order.php.

There are more then one 'order.php' file under the /zencart main folder.
which one?
