Need the ability to have customers upload an image

Hi everyone, a new Zen user here. I'm setting up my shop (personalized products) and I need the ability to have customers upload an image. Can anyone offer me some advice in accomplishing this? My webbuilding skills are basic.

Thank you in advance.
