Struggling with shipping set up

I'm struggling again with some changes I want to make to my shipping module. The store is based in the UK and we were just offering free shipping on everything in the UK only. Easy :) But now we would like to offer other choices:-

UK:-
Free shipping
or
Special Deliver (£5 charge)

Europe:-
Standard Airmail: £4
or
Airsure: £9

I've set up zones for UK and Europe, but now I'm struggling. Can anyone offer any advice?

Clone the Flat Rate flat shipping module for as many Zones as you need ...

Build the Zone Definition for each one ...

Install the Free Shipping Options freeoptions and put the UK Zone Definition on that and set the Total >= 0 ...

Now the UK will have a Free Shipping Option and the cloned copy of Flat Rate that is also using the Zone Definition for the UK ...
