remove price for some products, add text

I would like to add a feature to "request a quote" for specific products but not all. Does anyone know of a addon for this?

Change the 'Call for Price" button to read "Request a Quote"

In the Edit Screen for products, you will see the relevant radio button.

I need to retain the ability to add this to the shopping cart. Is that possible? I also want to remove the listed pricing which is still showing up...

You don't seem to be factoring in human behaviour...

Put yourself into the customer's shoes...

If I get to a product page, and don't see a price, there's no way I'm going to put it in my shopping cart and checkout.

You perhaps need to look at a different system for soliciting enquiries for quotes, that operates independently of ZC's core shopping cart and checkout procedures.

We have a couple of sites where customers may want to get quotes first, and we use "external" webforms, embedded into a specific EZ Page using <iframe>. (A rare instance where <iframe> is OK on ZC).

The form generator we use is Machform by Appnitro... a wysiwyg form builder that is very easy to use.
