EZ-Page Internal Link URLs not working

At SupplementSpot.com I have EX-Pages managing the footer by using the Internal Link URL. This has been working for a couple of years now, but all of the sudden has stopped.

For example:
Privacy page can be found at http://supplementspot.com/privacy
I have the Privacy EZ-Pages with the internal link set to "privacy"
But for some reason the footer link on the front end now loads as http://supplementspot.com/privacy-page-5 and completely ignores the normal function of the internal link url.

Any ideas?

My guess would be that the SEO rewriting code you are using interferes with the footer links. When did you install it? It does not appear to be fully set up, as all the categories sidebox links have the bare category id and no name, which is the opposite of what you actually want.

Avoid these "SEO URL's" add-ons.

They are absolutely not needed and do nothing to improve SE rankings. If anything (as you are discovering) they are more likely to break the site than improve it.

The search engines prefer that dynamic URL's are not written to reflect static URL's.

Furthermore, zencart is technically very strong in creating html pages that the SE's find easy to spider, assess and index.
