Replacing or removing radio button

Because of the way my attributes and invoice layout works I need to use 'blank' attributes.

So I want to not display a radio button, either remove the radio button altogether or replace it with an image.

Any help appreciated.

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

Can you be a bit more explicit about what the issue is?

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

Well, if you look here for example,
http://onestopglasses dot co dot uk/so-33-p-403.html

After 'choose below' you will see two radio buttons,

I want to make radio buttons invisible.

I need for there to be two attributes there for correct alignment when I print an invoice, deleting the attributes for that product or making them read only is no good.

Why or what is creating them?

They appear to be selected automatically
Why not remove the attribute making them

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

Some of my products have more attributes than others, 2 more in fact.

I have modified the way that the product info and invoice pages display attributes but it only works if all the products have the same number of attributes.

So I have added 2 attributes (with only one option so that they select automatically) to the products with fewer attributes so that all my products now have the same number.

So I guess that either by css or a simple file edit I would be able to make the radio button go away or replace it with a small transparent gif.

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

If auto selected, then not really an option

Why not add to the description the details??

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

You must be missing the point or i'm not explaining it properly, but in case you are interested below is how my invoices look.

Some of my products have 3 attributes on the top line while some only have one. Without the 2 'dummy' attrubutes the details will fall into the wrong boxes.

Yes I must be

Where is a product that displays properly?

Using css will make the disapear from all products

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

Here is a product which displays 'correctly', because this one DOES have the extra necessary attributes.

http://onestopglasses.co.uk/profile-pr07-p-453.html

So there are no radio buttons anyway, ZenCart puts a radio button in place of a drop down box because of the absense of selectable options.
So I think I would be happy with radio buttons disappearing altogether.

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

Try replacing this image with a transparent gif of the same name
Might play with size(width) to square display issues

It may or may not be what you desire and may leave an empty radio button???

includes/templates/template_default/images/icons/icon_status_green.gif

Re: Replacing or removing radio button

The above made no difference but thanks anyway.

With the help of a Firefox addon, the following in my stylesheet seems to have sorted it.

#attrib-30-838, #attrib-31-839{
display: none;
}
