Logo not showing up since update

My logo was fine, until I updated to 13.h last night and my logo is missing. I deleted everything and put it back. When I right click on the Zen Cart Logo and View page info I get this:
http://bearlymakinit.com/includes/templates/Gingham%20Blue/images/body_bg.jpg
http://bearlymakinit.com/includes/templates/template_default/images/logo.gif
http://bearlymakinit.com/includes/templates/Gingham%20Blue/images/tile_back.jpg

Can anyone explain why it is showing template_default?

I even went in and added my logo to the images in template_default/images and all that happened was the little Zen Cart Logo a lot bigger.

Can anyone explain why it is showing template_default? And how to fix it.

Re: Logo not showing up since update

If you click on the link to any of those images you'll see that your server is returning a "403 Forbidden" response.
This suggests that you've got some rules set up in your server ... probably an .htaccess file in the root of your store ... that are blocking access.
Did you perhaps click on some sort of hosting control panel option to supposedly prevent image theft? Many times those options break more things than they fix.

And ZC will use resources from template_default if it can't find corresponding resources under your custom template folder, or if it's denied access to those resources when it's attempting to load them. Maybe you're missing files from your custom template folder? Or maybe permissions on the folder or its contents are set too low? Usually folders are set to 755 and files are set to 644 for permission levels. More info on those numbers in the Tutorials/FAQs area.

Re: Logo not showing up since update

I have no idea. I know I have not touched anything since the update. I am at a total loss of where to even look for what you said in your email. I went in notpad++ and I found 3 or 4 .htaccess. 2 say to deny everything and the one under public_html says
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://bearlymakinit.com/.$ [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://bearlymakinit.com$ [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://www.bearlymakinit.com/.
$ [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://www.bearlymakinit.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule .*.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png|bmp|html)$ - [F,NC]

This is way beyond anything I can understand.
Thank you

Re: Logo not showing up since update

Fixed. I went in and deleted the template_info php from the template_default, added the logo.jpg to template_default/images and my logo is back up.

Thank you

Re: Logo not showing up since update

That sounds like you're masking the real problem which is that your custom template files aren't accessible. You'll have future problems if you don't fix the root issue now.
