Restrict non-USA sales (Shipping)

Hi,
How do I make Zen Cart 1.3.9h NOT ALLOW shipping outside of the USA? The items I ship are too large for the US Postal service to ship outside the US.

Build a Zone Defintion and set the Details to the Parts of the US that you do allow ...

Then, add the Zone Definition to your Payment and Shipping Modules ...
