Easy Populate Not Showing Uploads Success

Just recently, Easy Populate has been giving me issues. I update stock levels three times a week. I download the Model/Price/Qty file. alter it and then save it. I have slightly over 3000 products in the store. The large file doesn't seen to split any longer and when I upload, the resulting page is that Safari is unable to connect to the easypopulate.php page. I tried updating the stock level of a single product, got the page but the stock level was updated. I also tried uploading about 80 new products in a new category. Same page but it did indeed work. The products were correct and new category there.

Using Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 with Zen Cart 1.39h. Host is Godaddy.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I do 7000 at a time to GD linux hosting no prob. I remember reading something about not using split option because it causes problems, so I don't.
Are you setting a split point? try not doing a split.
