Products with Attributes Stock issues

Hi,
I am the webmaster of an online shop which sells clothes and gifts.
I installed the Products with Attributes Stock module but have had issues with it.
An example would be having 9 t-shirts in 3 different colours (3 of each), lets say blue, red and green.
Zen cart will show 9 items in stock and a person is able to order 9 blue t-shirts. How is this being allowed when i have set there to only be 3 blue.
I have looked in as many places i can think of in the admin panel and cannot find what could be causing this. I've seen other threads on here but never a solution.

This is a very big problem, because it has ended in products being sold that are not in stock.
Any help with this would be great, even antoher module that allows the same options, but does not have this error would be fine.

Never mind, i fixed this.
For some reason i had missed editing the header_php.php pages in the checkout_shipping and shopping_cart folders. I guess i installed a mod after and completely overwrote these files, or just missed them originally!
