IE CSS problem --need IE to show whole header

I have a problem figuring out what part of the stylesheet to fix. I want a portion of the background to appear about the main block on the website.

I have accomplish this in many browsers but IE is not even showing the whole header.

Can see to find the correct part of the css for fix this for IE

It appears you have a stylesheet named ie7.css. There's a rule in that for #mainWrapper that applies top:-50px. That's whats messing your header up in IE6 and 7.
