PP Express not importing Telephone Number

I just realized that when PP Express creates an account, the customer's telephone number is not being imported and the account is being created without a phone number even though it is a required field for account creation.

V1.3.9H

Hopefully, I neglected to check a box somewhere but have not been able to find it.

Suggestions on how to remedy the issue?

I called myself searching for the answer. Yep, brainfart on my part and I even scrolled through the PalPal account settings.

Sometimes we can be our worse enemies.
