Image issue after upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9h

I have upgraded the cart, as instructed, but any image that had a capital letter in the name, is now lower case and those products are now displayed as red x's. Any suggestions short of going through all products and adjusting the names of the images?

Ok for some reason there were two folders of images, so, I think that was the issue. Disregard this post!
