Free shipping with restrictions not working correctly

I created a Free Shipping coupon and applied restrictions to only allow it to work for a particular item. If I add this item to my cart and ally the Free Shipping coupon, it does remove the shipping charges on the order.

If I add this item as well as add an additional item that is not on the approved list for the Free Shipping Coupon, it removes all the shipping for both items.

How do I create a coupon to allow free shipping on one item but not on another?

You would need to customize the code to figure out the shipping for the allowed items and to remove only that amount, this is not a feature of Zen Cart at this time ...

Currently, the Free Shipping on the Discount Coupon is based on qualifying Products making ALL of the shipping Free on the order ...
